We ship out order Monday, Wednesday & Fridays, not including holidays. We do not ship orders on weekends.

Please Allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Please allow 4-7 business days for processing of orders during SALES.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please Call your local UPS and file a claim. 

Our company only drop orders off to UPS not make the movements. No you will not receive a refund if your order has been shipped out. 

Return Policy:

Due to Nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
